About the Role:

We are in search of an Anesthesiologist to join our network of hospitals, providing comprehensive healthcare services in the heart of St. Louis. From inpatient to outpatient, emergency to specialty care, our commitment is to deliver exceptional medical services to our community. In this role, you'll have access to professional growth opportunities, including the chance to take on a leadership role as a Medical Director. Located in the city of St. Louis, you'll experience four distinct seasons and a plethora of cultural and recreational opportunities. St. Louis offers various areas and activities for you to explore and enjoy.

Candidate Parameters:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible MD or DO
• All levels of experience will be considered
• Candidates with minor malpractice/background and H1b candidates will be considered

Practice Details:

• Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with a 1:7 call rotation.
• Perform various cases, including general, ortho, GI, thoracic, neuro, cath lab, and urology
  
  
  
  • Cardiac cases are optional
  
  
• Medical directorship is available with an additional stipend included 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Our compensation package includes a base salary of up to $500,000, with additional earning potential
• Up to $675,000 per year (including Metric Bonus, Cardiac Stipend, Sign-on Bonus, and Medical Director Stipend)
• Malpractice coverage with tail provided 
• Full comprehensive benefits package including 8 weeks with PTO sell-back program
