Role :- Project Lead-Hardware Location :- Milwaukee, WI Onsite Type :- FTE Job Description & Skill Requirement: Minimum 5 years relevant hardware design experience in one or more of the following areas: Analog and Digital circuit Design and Simulation (e.g. PSPICE) Experience on designing analog and digital input output circuits Experience in Signal conditioning circuit and sensor, RTD and T/C interfacing and Testing Low Wattage power supply design, LDO, Buck converter Design and Testing Microprocessor/Microcontroller system based design Components derating and reliability analysis design analysis tools ranging from schematic capture to signal integrity (eg. MentorGraphic DxDesigner, Expedition, LineSim, BoardSim etc) Experience in proposing/developing Test Plan for requirement verification and validation; Proven ability to carry out product testing for Environmental and Certification Test Standards Good understanding of EMI noise reduction techniques/countermeasures and PCB layout Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as team in multi-cultural environment Experience with Agile process is preferred
