UCI's Direct client is looking for Intelligence Content Engineer with following qualification experience and long-term project in 11 Metro Tech Center, New York (link removed) TASKS: Serve as the non-technicaladministratorof Cyber Commandsintelligence sharing platform,to include onboardingand offboardingusers, providingnew-usertraining, administeringidentity and accessmanagement,and providingnon-technical user support andtroubleshooting, Function asthe content managerfor Cyber Commands intelligencesharing platform,to include managingcontent curation,metrics, and dissemination. Act as thefinal copy editor,quality assurancereviewer, andreleaser for all cyberthreat intelligence contentand products Manage thetechnologies,processes,and policiesassociated with Cyber Commandsintelligence productionand disseminationworkflows. Interface with Cyber Commandsinternal engineeringteams andvendors ontechnical issues,updates, andchange requestsassociatedwith Cyber Commandsintelligencesharing platform. Collaborate withCyber CommandThreat Intelligenceteam and OpenCTI Researchand Development teamto developand refine the platformvision and roadmap Act as theprimary liaisonbetweenCyber CommandThreat Intelligenceteam, respectiveclients and OpenCTIvendor Manage theproduct backlogto enable continuousdelivery of requirementsand use cases Lead demonstrationsof new andrevised productfeatures Developand continuouslyimprove product training materialsrequired for internal and external customers MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCENote: Candidateswho do not have the mandatoryskills will not be considered Bachelor's or higher degrees in related field Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or publishing platforms Minimum of 4 years' experience with Product Release and Project Management Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) authorization and authentication Experience with strategizing and executing on complex data models relevant to cyber threat intelligence products and services Ability to drive product strategy to meet business objectives Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers to assess business needs and priorities Innovative, high energy and collaborative Exhibit a strong customer (user) and stakeholder focus mindset Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail and deadline-focused UCI is an award winning, minority and women owned certified business with a 25-year successful track record of providing high quality information technology services to our clients and our business partners.
