Field Case Manager RN

We are looking for a Nurse Case Manager to join a growing Case Management Company. This is a full-time opportunity which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload with still the ability to bonus.

Type of Work:

Evaluate injured workers

Develop care plans

Coordinate medical care between patients, providers, therapist

Serve as a liaison between employer, insurance carriers, and injured workers

Requirements:

Registered Nurse

Prior Field experience is required

Workers comp experience is a huge plus but willing to train
