Seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement processes and fabrication methods aimed at pursuing cost-effective production while adhering to established quality standards set by client manufacturing requirements.

Shall:

*** Evaluate current manufacturing processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and quality.

*** Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.

*** Research, design, and implement manufacturing methods and equipment that meet production cost targets and maintain quality.

*** Recommend and select new equipment and tools, providing manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material cost estimates for ROI analysis.

*** Improve production processes by editing machining order, optimizing fixtures, and correcting CNC programming at the machine..

*** Direct and oversee cost reduction and process improvement projects.

Requirements:

*** B.S. in Engineering or related discipline.

*** 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing CNC Machining Centers, Turning Centers, or similar to produce precision machined components and parts.
