Provide formulation and process support to new and existing pharmaceutical oral solid dose tablet and capsule products and processes.

*** Design, execute, and evaluate experimental plans to ascertain required process capabilities, specifications, and robustness.

*** Introduce new manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems including fluid beds, roller compactors, rotors, pan coaters, high shear mixers, and various milling systems.

*** Conduct scale-up activities including transfer and startup of new products, technologies, equipment, and processes through trial runs.

*** Provide technical support for process manufacturing, including investigation and correction of process-related problems and deviations from standards.

*** Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Automation, and Quality to optimize productivity, yield, product quality, and supply reliability.

*** Identify, recommend, and implement equipment modifications to ensure improved process performance.
