Global manufacturer of Automotive Parts and Components seeking a Robotics Technician for servicing of automation equipment used in high-volume production of small components.

Duties:

*** Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment including pick and place robots, vibratory bowls, hopper feeders and other similar machinery used in the production O-Rings and similar small components.

*** Maintain and repair automation equipment and machinery for the production of compression molded or horizontal injection molded parts.

*** Modify and program robotic equipment including Fanuc, Yamaha, Epson, Wittmann or similar.

*** Disassemble, troubleshoot and reassemble mechanical equipment and tools, repair or replace broken parts as needed.

Requirements:

*** At least 3 years experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing robotic equipment.

*** In depth knowledge of, and experience operating PLCs including Allen Bradley software.

Starting compensation up to $120,000 with bonuses and opportunity for advancement; PTO including holidays, vacations and personal days; employer paid training program; health insurance offered for individuals or families including medical, dental, and vision; utilize state of the art equipment and work with an industry leader in automotive component manufacture.
