Seeking Coverage Attorney with experience investigating complex General Liability claims, or similar who can investigate, negotiate, and resolve high-exposure claims issues.

Must be an expert in contractual policy language and have strong background reading and interpreting legal documents and contracts.

Shall:

*** Interpret and educate claims specialists in intricacies of policy wording regarding complex GL claims.

*** Provide guidance on coverage matters and provide recommendations into approving or denying claims.

*** Determine extent of loss and identify when to reserve rights or decline coverage.

*** Handle complex coverage analysis; evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims.

*** Set, reserve, and authorize payments within given authority limits.

Excellent salary and bonus potential for total compensation to $150,000.
