Business Development Specialist (Delran, NJ): Collect and analyze data on customer demographics and preferences to identify potential factors affecting sales and demand for insurance policies. Measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising programs and strategies for insurance policies. Balance proven marketing strategies to drive predictable growth while leaving room for new marketing and sales channels and tactics for further growth. Gather data on competitor insurance agencies and analyze their prices, sales, terms, promotions, and methods of marketing. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating findings into written text. Manage and create content strategies for company’s website and social media accounts.

Requirements: 2 years of experience as Business Development Specialist, Marketing Specialist, Sales Specialist, or related position. Experience in evaluating strategic marketing initiatives. Experience in developing procedures for identifying marketing and advertising needs. Experience in conducting research on customer opinions and marketing strategies.
