Develop and implement and maintain standard operating procedures for systems related to site specific shipments, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics. Responsible for planning all the needs of the Distribution operations, including but not limited to; evaluating and implementing new technology, annual budget preparation, profit and loss analysis, identifying outside services requirements, and all other needs related to ongoing distribution operations. Communicate priorities for inventory and labeling inspections related to product release with Quality Assurance to ensure inventory availability. Oversee process across various functions; business reporting; order to cash sales operations; Develop and execute strategies to migrate new inventory processes to Pacific Surfaces Services; Analyze performances of different product lines and determine inventory turns to recommend purchase or transfers; prepare development plans and targets for direct reports. Collaborate with branch heads on purchase operations. Oversee high quality standards and ensure safe working practices through guideline set up in company quality, health & safety, environment, customer and consumer service and safety policies. Lead cross functional teams to map out existing processes and implement improvements to ensure ability to scale with increased demand. Oversee shipment compliance with regulations, approvals, and unique requirements based on destination geography. Manage all aspects of truckload carrier base to keep transportation costs low, oversee transportation activities to ensure successful movement of freight to meet customer needs while meeting established transportation metrics. Maintain inventory traceability throughout supply chain leveraging ERP systems utilized for product distribution and inventory management. Provide routine analysis on inventory levels and utilization. Monitor inventory health and proactively communicate potential inventory shortages based on planned orders and inventory supply pipelines. Oversee installation of heavy machinery, operation and repair to ensure that machines and mechanical devices are installed and functioning properly, investigate and resolve mechanical and equipment failure. Collect and analyze statistical productivity and performance measurement data and converting into relevant meaningful reports of distribution. Monitor and maintain optimum levels of inventory as well as prepare financial data, and reports.

Requirements: Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Operations Management or in a related Field and 12 months experience in job offered or as Production Manager, Distribution Director, Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager or in a related occupation.
