Funding Circle USA, Inc. seeks Senior Sales Manager in Denver, CO:

Job Duties: Lead a team of Sr. Account managers to build relationships with small business owners by guiding them through the application process with both our Core Lending Products, and SBA Partnerships. Collaborate/coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive and oversee operational process and efficiency improvements to help solidify processes in the business, while developing, coaching and motivating proven Sales teams. Define the company’s Sales Processes agenda and identify areas to improve sales efficiencies. Collaborate closely with Senior Management teams to prioritize the business roadmap based on articulated client needs, commercial impacts, and potential commercial opportunities for the business. Establish quantitative business cases to guide future decision making and project prioritization with Sales. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $143,062 to $164,521.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's* degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Business Development, Urban and Regional Planning, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a sales manager-related position. *In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, will accept two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a sales manager-related position. Any suitable combination of education or experience is acceptable.

Special Skill Requirements: At least one year of experience with the following: 1. C-Suite Communication & Presentation Skills; 2. Salesforce Reporting; 3. Employee Training and Development; 4. Data-Driven Decision Making; and, 5. Product management. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.
