The ideal candidate should be a post-graduate in Wastewater Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or a closely related field with 20 years of working experience, out of which 15 years should be in the area of planning, design, and management of fecal sludge/wastewater treatment facilities.

He/she should also have at least 5 years of working experience in Fecal sludge management in Bangladesh or in similar countries. Apart from the technical qualifications, the candidate should have good communication skills and be willing to assist in the capacity building and training programs for stakeholders.
