ng battery production to ensure production is running smoothly and without issue. Seek to improve process by means of productivity, quality, cost, and other metrics. Provide engineering support related to daily production activities. Work to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) to increase productivity and reduce defect and loss. Utilize OEE and other production data to effectively manage tasks and activities. Troubleshoot real time production problems to maintain production and reduce defects. Work with Maintenance teams to coordinate maintenance activities ranging from reactive to preventative maintenance. Work with engineering/maintenance teams to develop permanent countermeasures to common problems in daily manufacturing, relating to productivity, quality, loss, safety, etc. Implement and expand new permanent countermeasures into production lines. Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure product specifications and standards are achieved. Apply technical knowledge to develop clear and standard work instructions, SOPs and troubleshooting guides. Implement and support manufacturing industrial automation.
Two (2) years of relevant experience. A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related degree
