Playing a pivotal role in the Accounting Department, the Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst will be responsible for billing, analytical, and collaborative tasks. Emphasizing customer service and teamwork, ensuring precise invoicing and accurate revenue recognition on a monthly basis are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp attention to detail and be adept at working independently to meet tight deadlines. Please note that this role is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy Monitor account statuses and balances to identify discrepancies Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies Maintain records of accounts receivable aging Keep clients informed about outstanding debts and deadlines Compile and present collection reports on a weekly basis Participate in month-end billing closure Prepare and deliver revenue analytical reports Support various projects as required Perform adjustments and corrective A/R related journals Please be aware that this job description may not encompass all duties and responsibilities required for this role. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in billing, collections, and accounting within a corporate or auditing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer skills Capacity to multitask, adapt quickly, and learn various accounting processes Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy Compensation:
