1. Work under the direct supervisor of the COO and report to the COO on a daily basis.
2. Monitor daily logistics operations and coordinate all forwarding activities among various areas.
3. Assist COO in developing SOPs for warehousing function and standardize the format of transactions for in-and-out shipments.
4. Monitor effectiveness of current logistics and transportation processes.
5. Collect logistics data to coordinate claims of delay and lost shipments.
