Responsibilities:
Independently engage with clients across various organizational levels, effectively understanding and addressing their requirements.
Proficiency in capturing existing business processes, eliciting and documenting business requirements, and conducting comprehensive fit-gap analyses.
Ability to envision and design future-state processes (To-Be processes) aligning with industry best practices and client needs.
Design and configure functional solutions for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) objects within the JD Edwards system.
Perform system configuration, ensuring seamless integration of JDE modules with existing client systems.
Conduct thorough testing procedures to validate system functionality and performance.
Provide training sessions to end-users and extend ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption and utilization.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
