QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Geotechnical Engineering;
- Preferably with Masters degree or Doctoral degree in related field;
- With relevant trainings in the respective field of expertise or position;
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience;
- Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to the analysis of the behaviour of soil, rock, and other geotechnical materials in relation to construction and infrastructure projects.
- He/She should have years of experience of consulting services for the DED and/or CS (depending on what phase the expert is being proposed for) preferably for the retrofitting and strengthening/upgrading/construction
buildings projects with the SAME POSITION.
LOCATION OF THE PROJECT: Metro Manila, PHILIPPINES
Duration of the Services: 36 calendar months
The project will be implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
