QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in civil/Structural Engineering.

- Preferably with masters degree or Doctoral degree in related field.

- With relevant trainings in the respective field of expertise or position.

- Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience.

- Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to structural design or experience in leading/managing project team.

- He should have years of experience of consulting services for the DED and/or CS (depending on what phase the expert is being proposed for) preferably for the retrofitting and strengthening/upgrading/construction buildings projects with the SAME POSITION.

- He should have experience based on the number of relevant projects implemented, i.e., consulting services for the DED and/or
CS (depending on what phase the expert is being proposed for) preferably.

- He should have years of experience of consulting services for the DED and/or CS for any infrastructure projects with the SAME POSITION in the Southeast Asia.

LOCATION OF THE PROJECT: Metro Manila, PHILIPPINES

Duration of the Services: 36 calendar months

The project will be implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
