Role Description:

We are currently offering a part-time remote opportunity for a proficient Cruise Specialist. The Cruise Specialist will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their travel arrangements, spanning flights, accommodations, and excursions. Demonstrating exemplary customer service acumen, they will navigate clients through the booking process, ensuring utmost satisfaction. Moreover, the Travel Advisor will engage proactively with clients to discern their preferences, delivering tailored recommendations and invaluable insights.

Qualifications:

Attendance at a 1-hour presentation is mandatory
Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
Prior experience in Travel Arrangement within a Travel Agency setting
Acquaintance with travel destinations and regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated ability to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction standards
Strong problem-solving aptitude coupled with decisive decision-making skills
Meticulous attention to detail and adept organizational capabilities
Capacity to work autonomously and remotely
Familiarity with travel booking platforms and software is advantageous
