Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. They will provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire booking process. The Travel Advisor will also communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and offer personalized recommendations and advice.

Qualifications

You must attend a 1hr presentation
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency
Knowledge of travel destinations and regulations
Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with travel booking platforms and software is a plu
