New Production Manager opening in Omaha with a global flexo/converting company. Opportunities for career advancement, great comprehensive benefits package, relocation reimbursement offered. $120k-$125k on base salary.

3-5 years of experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
Background in flexible packaging
The production manager will support all initiatives, lead improvement teams as needed.
A key initiative of the production manager is ensuring that customer needs and expectations have been accurately full filled in the expected timeline and that the company is meeting or exceeding customer expectations in the most efficient manner.
The production manager is involved in developing the production goals and targets of all machines within the organizations strategic plan.
Technical Competencies production equipment (preferably in the multiwall industry), printing, product flow, raw materials (paper and film), maintenance, information systems (computer literacy)
Project Management skills able to define scope, establish plan, assign accountabilities and monitor progress
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively answer questions or present information to others.
Ability to delegate tasks and duties to direct reports.
Ability to interact with customers and visitors to the plant.
