Job Description

We are hiring the Team Leader E- Commerce for the US-Based IT Company located in Noida (link removed) Designation : Team Leader E- Commerce Exp : 2+yrs. Location : Delhi ( Netaji Subhash Place) Salary : 40k ( Max) Candidate should be flexible in terms of shift. Responsibilities Set KRAs for Team Leads as per organizational goals Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach Team Leads & Associates to meet departmental KPIs and project SLAs Effective liaison with various departments within the organization Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency. Proactively identify problems and presenting solution Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance, resolve problems; and address staffing needs. Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning Ability to develop and share best practices across the shifts and network. Client relationship management Participate in meetings with clients & prepare presentations. for them Conduct regular staff meetings Managing other operational metrics such as utilization, shrinkage, attrition, occupancy etc. Requirements Bachelors Degree Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling & project management Experience in creation, reporting, and/or management of data or closely related tasks Highly proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Exceptional communication, organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple and sometimes changing, tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Good understanding of business processes & operations management Experience in handling overseas clients People management: excellent Attrition, Shrinkage Excellent Excel, google spreadsheet skills Good to have software: looker studio, project management, time tracking Make sure person must have good technical knowledge and try to find tech background guy only
