With fixed salary & permanent hiring.

- Customer Support Associate (CSA).
- Job Profile-
- Have to resolute customers query Voice Call
- Mandatory Criteria-
- Any Graduate with 6 Months on paper BPO Experience
- 6 Months on paper BPO Experience can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
- Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
- Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
- Interview Structure-
- HR round - General check.
- OPS round General Check
- Versant 4 needed min
- Client Round Video Call

- Salary for 6 Months Experience 1.74 LPA, 12.7K/Month.
- Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate 2 LPA, 15.5 K/Month.
- 100% fixed salary
- 300/Day stipend in training
- Pick up & drop for odd shifts
