Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Interaction with customers and sharing the welcome greetings
2. Support to the customers in loan process
3. Prepare the AOS & Sales deed's
4. Preparation of registration documentation
5. Payment Follow-up with customers
7. Completed documentation process
8. Maintaining customer account history and delivering quality service to ensure maximum
customer satisfaction, managing comprehensive day-to-day functions and data maintenance
9. Auditing and reconciling the financial records with various teams on monthly basis and
achieving the monthly collection targets set for the team.
10. Compile monthly achieved targets, reporting & sending to the senior management and
dealing with different types of process improvement
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must be from Real Estate sector and should have hands of experience in CRM with minimum 4-8 yrs, and candidate must be a post graduate.
