In this dynamic role, youll provide valuable support as a key member of the Third-Party Labor Management team.


Role Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing, and leading global third-party labor management strategy across the Western Union enterprise.
The individual in this role will be required to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, to identify overall contingent staffing savings and create global spend synergies, efficiencies, and sustainable third-party expense reduction.
Responsible for leading the Third-Party Labor Operations enterprise strategy into the BU for execution.


Role Requirements

Bachelors degree in business plus 7-10 years business experience. MBA preferred.
Position will supervise and manage resources on a direct and indirect basis.
Certified Professional Strategic Advisor
Category Management Certification preferred.

Salary

The annual rate range is $93,000 - 125,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
