Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Garantire il massimo del servizio e garantire la miglior esperienza per il cliente
Assicurarsi che tutto il team mantenga i piu alti standard di vendita ed accoglienza, cherispecchino e siano rappresentativi del marchio Under Armour
Applicare correttamente e supervisionare i processi aziendali/gestionali
Mantenere il controllo del patrimonio aziendale, gestire e supervisionare le performanceassicurandosi di raggiungere i target preposti
Ove possibile, garantire training costanti e responsabilizzare maggiormente la figura subordinatadi Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
Gestione delle risorse umane del punto vendita (assunzioni stagionali, turnazioni, ricerca esviluppo di nuove risorse) garantendo una copertura ottimale del punto vendita
Con il supporto delle risorse umane, aggiornare e formare costantemente il team accrescendo lecompetenze dei singoli
Mantenere una comunicazione costruttiva e fluida circa tutti gli aspetti delle operazioni tra i varidipartimenti aziendali grazie a feedback precisi e puntuali
Gestione del budget assegnato per le risorse umane, garantendo il rispetto degli obiettivi, assicurandosi di rispondere correttamente alle necessita del business
Raccogliere e veicolari i feedback della clientela e comunicarli al team di Retail Operations
Garantire piena conformit con le politiche e le procedure UA
Rispecchiare ed applicare correttamente il modello di Servizio UA Way: Porsi obiettiviperseguibili, restare umili (nessuno e piu grande del marchio), lavorare in team.

Education

3 - 5 anni di gestione di negozi al dettaglio, idealmente in un contesto/brand internazionale
Familiarit con i vari sistemi di cassa per la vendita al dettaglio
Forte comprensione delle necessita del negozio, tra cui visual merchandising, magazzino,gestione dei rischi e sicurezza sul lavoro
Conoscenza fluente della lingua locale. Competenze linguistiche della lingua inglese,costituiscono requisito preferenziale.
