About the Team
As the Customer Engineering Maintenance Services Manager for UK, Ireland and Israel, you will be ideally based around Worcester or somewhere in Midlands, UK. You will report to the Engineering Manager for UK, Ireland, Italy, Israel and Norway (UKI3N) (link removed) You will lead the maintenance and customer service functions for the Industrial Gases Customer Engineering Maintenance team UK, Ireland and Israel (UKII) (link removed) Therefore, you will be a key member of the Engineering leadership team within the UKI3N engineering department, having a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and excellence of customer sites maintenance and service operations.
As the UKII Customer Engineering Maintenance Services Manager, you will
Lead and inspire a high-performing team in maintenance, service, and customer engineering. Execute all leisure and CryoEase installations. Oversee and optimize service levels, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Drive improvements in first-time right for technicians, contractors and cost per installation. Stay abreast of industry regulations, with a focus on PSSR and other relevant legislation. Control and optimize maintenance management systems capabilities to minimize costs, and service time
As the UKII Customer Engineering Maintenance Services Manager, you already are or have
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams. Strong technical understanding relevant to the gas industry. Expertise in service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and cost per installation. Knowledge of PSSR regulation and familiarity with relevant legislation. Lead the team to solve customersissues and follow problems through to resolution. Lead a clear roadmap, deploy and control strategies focused to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Help develop maintenance service procedures, policies and standards with the European team leads. Advance capabilities in analysing data & statistics to focus on gaps and cost reduction as service levels. Keep ahead of industrys developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Adhere to and manage the approved budget. Lead and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
