International Consumer Insight Director Europanel (EP) - Skale 70
We are looking for an International Consumer Insight Director to join large account team(s). EP, through its partnership with CPS GfK and Kantar Worldpanel, is the leader in consumer panel research solving client questions in more than 50 countries around the world. Our insights have inspired crucial client decisions that impact what you see and hear in advertising and what you can pick up from supermarket shelves. Our regional and global clients have an ambition to be the no.1 one global snacking/beverages manufacturer, and our support of this objective will provide our team with great exposure, interesting projects, and development opportunities. This role is to service a relationship with client contacts within insight teams, by managing and delivering impactful multi- and single-country projects for a wide range of business needs. The role will test and develop your skills in relationship management, insight generation and sales acumen. Our large accounts provide and exciting atmosphere to work with and will present challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a committed, hard-working individual who can find solutions to problems, build client relationships and supports team collective goals. You will... Lead major projects, responsible for the development and delivery of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Go beyond-the-brief and deliver impactful presentations that utilise a variety of different data sets and sources Build partnership with key client decision makers and budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions to ensure a strong influence on client thinking, making us indispensable partners. Identify and develop new client relationships as part of our commercial development goals. Contribute within team supporting a culture of development and company-wide workstreams taking on leadership roles where relevant Support high functioning relationships with country teams, fostering improved relationships through regular connections, and mutually beneficial projects. The ideal candidate would have experience working with panel data and most of the following: Building relationships with existing and new clients Working and developing others in team Delivering projects which provide value added client insights Analysing and presenting complex data clearly and impactfully Presentation building employing creative data visualisation and analysis Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Writing persuasive proposals Using multiple sources to deliver the best insights The ideal candidate would also show the following behaviours: Confident, compelling, and engaging communication style Collaborative with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures A strong desire to develop themselves and others Pro-active Willing to step out of their comfort zone Willing to push application/services beyond day-to-day interactions Comfortable working in virtual teams Resolute Able to handle multiple requests and make decisions about who and what to prioritise.
