Job Overview:

This role is temporary position and will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering high quality training materials for Oliver Wymans technology solutions for Consultant, Support Professional and Partner audience. The Technology Adoption and Training Associate Analyst is ultimately responsible for the increased adoption of technology solutions through solving end user hassles by educating the users and influencing communication and change management on a project-by-project basis.

They must be a team player and will require very good communication skills to work in a complex, demanding and global professional services environment. The role also requires a high degree of organization, significant attention to details, strong customer service orientation and outstanding client relationship building skills.


This is a temporary role that

requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to work fully remote.



Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop and maintain high-quality and visually compelling instructional content (e.g., user guides, digital courses, video-tutorials) on applications and tools used across Oliver Wyman Group.

Work closely with Tech Adoption and Training Team, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts to develop instructional content.

Update and redesign the existing training content or delivery methods as needed.

Deliver and/or contribute to successful delivery of virtual and/or in-person training sessions related to applications and tools used across OWG.

Create and update content of Oliver Wyman intranet.


Experience Required:


At least 1-2 years of experience with instructional design and training content development with a focus on corporate learning.

Knowledge of current adult learning concepts, techniques, and tools relevant to designing programs that resonate with the stakeholders.

Very good presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to lead a positive, productive sessions either in person or virtually.

Very good PowerPoint skills.

Video creation skills (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro) will be an asset.

Articulate Rise skills will be an asset.

BA/BS or better.

Fluent English is a must.
