Healthcare Service Consultant



What can you expect?

Ensuring that all queries are resolved by the Servicing Consultant within the Service Level Agreement as confirmed by MMB management
Manage day to day medical aid and gap cover queries.
Processing of medical aid and Gap application forms. Track and monitor to ensure memberships are activated timeously.
Assist by telephone and email with the benefit queries, product information and general member queries.
Attend to ad-hoc projects as required

What you need to have?

Excellent administrative and customer service skills
Ideally 1 years experience within Employee Benefits environment
FAIS Accredited (120 Credits NQF Level 5) must have
Computer literate; advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Client and service centric
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong tracking capabilities.
