Specialist Caree Consulting Delivery
What can you expect?
Under the guidance of experienced country consultants, contribute to the business through application of analytical techniques and methodologies on a range of projects across the Rewards service offering

We will count on you for:
Deliver Rewards & Talent consulting projects across domains like job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking, Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Assessment and Development, Performance Management System, Engagement survey analysis etc. by working closely with country consultants Under moderate supervision analyze clients' financial and compensation data versus market utilizing excel modelling skills. Support delivery of client project work through research, analysis, applying relevant methodologies, attending client meetings and drafting reports Research on public filings to gather financial data, develop peer groups to analyze client data and use Mercer's in house technology to run reports and extract information for analysis; may also research other areas at the request of country consultants Assist in preparing client presentations/ reports by using excel and powerpoint for review by country consultants Develop and maintain good understanding of available publication reports Ensure that project execution in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards and ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfaction Create process related SOPs with supervision from seniors Develop own capability through informal and formal learning opportunities Participate in internal projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency/effectiveness
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts
What you need to have?
Non MBA 2-4 years of experience in Rewards or Quantitative data analysis & excel OR MBA (HR) with 1-3 years of experience in Rewards or Quantitative data analysis & excel Knowledge of Rewards /HR domain concepts preferred Basic knowledge of Statistics Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Advance business communication skills including mail drafting, conference calls, etiquettes Client centric mindset Project management skills Well organized with the ability to multitask Ability to work with multi-cultural teams/ clients Good Team player Capability to think, articulate and write logically Experience in working independently with minimal supervision
