Jaglax Homes is looking for aMaintenance Associatefor their Holiday Homestay property in Siolim -Goa

Role and responsibilities:

• Repair guest rooms and public spaces as necessary - including but not limited to kitchen, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Have some knowledge of Electrical/Plumbing/ Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned areas of expertise such as the interior and exterior of the property, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable
• To undertake minor MEP work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the hotel
• Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the property
• Performing routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, and any other maintenance needs at the building as needed

Qualification:Diploma / 1-2 year's experience in the maintenance field in a similar setting.
