Job Description

• Lead theapplicationmodernization initiatives.
• Prioritize, define, and ensure success of eachapplicationand product features.
• Manage the release and sprint backlog through planning, backlog grooming, execution, review, and release.
• Act as technical expert forApplicationDevelopment, provide technical directions and lead technical solutioning.
• Responsible for delivering and managing Program Level plans forapplicationmodernizationinitiatives, align projects and services with captive business units, vendors and partners.
• Act as a project expediter, making tradeoffs, balancing business needs with constraints such as resource, cost, time and technical dependency.
• Understand the value of cutting-edge technologies and eager to leverage them if they add value.
• Problem solver with a proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and execute in order to accomplish closure.

Qualification & Experience BE/BTech Computer Science/IT or MCA

Competencies Required

• 10-15 years' experience with minimum 3 years experience in managing a team of 20 people.
• Should have worked in a Technology organization handling delivery. Should have a background in MF/Investment functions.
• Should have started a career as a Software Developer.
• An engineer at heart with an innate desire to make an impact. Imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about building innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to translate broad customer requirements into a technical feature set that can be delivered incrementally.
• Sound hands on experience inApplicationDevelopment platforms like Java//Phython. Excellent knowledge in Middleware and APIs
• Sound knowledge in Agile methodologies. Exposure in Modern Technology Stack and cloud.
• Excellent Project Management and Vendor Management skills
• Team management and interpersonal skills
• Togaf certification will be added advantage
