We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our client's team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

There are Full and Part Time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner


• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls


• Manage reservations, appointments, and schedules


• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing


• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area


• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
