Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA ideal


• 7+ years of audit and industry experience in the Not-For-Profit/NGO space


• Leadership in non-profit accounting and strong understanding of GAAP, Restricted Funds, and International Development


• Operationally minded with strong communication and project management skills


• Strong interest in international operations and cross-culture interaction
