This is an awesome opportunity for you to use your skills in formulating new products in powder, liquid and gel, meet project goals and deadlines, follow industry standards, and manage lab operations and schedules, training and supervising laboratory staff.

As the Formulation Chemist, your focus will be:

Support quality and product development activities

Develop test methods

Provide support in using FTIR and GC analysis

Prepare monthly reports, analyze trends

Train & supervise staff on lab equipment & R&D.

Minimum requirements for this Formulation Chemist position:

BS in Chemistry or related area

At least 2 years experience in an R&D environment with some leadership experience

Experience with petroleum / petroleum-based products

Experience with analytical procedures and equipment such as ICP, FTIR, GC and HPLC, UV/Vis, MS, etc.
