Responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Representative.


· Provide adequate information about available products and services to prospective and existing customers when requested.



· Respond to prospective and existing customer's inquiries with reference to available products and services, prices of requested product and services, shipping/delivery procedures and schedules of the available products and services.



· Facilitate the sales and receive payments of invoices for the purchase of High-Quality Shipping Containers of various categories and sizes according to the requirement of customers and other services that may be included.



· Initiate sales interaction with customers utilizing professionalism and courtesy.



· Officially Handing-over delivery/shipping schedules, related logistics of export and import shipments to the Logistics Department.



· Supervision of initiated delivery/shipments with reference to requirements to ensure adherence to delivery/shipment schedules.



· Compilation and submission of weekly reports of sales activities, delivery/shipping activities, payments summary of purchased products and services in the course of the previous week.
