HY.As the HR & Admin Executive, you will be acting as a liaison between employees and management, handling recruitment/hiring tasks and administration works. The ideal candidate will be able to build credible relationships with Business Leaders allowing for better decisions and organizational effectiveness.

Job Description
Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance
management, payroll processing, training, and administration works.
Establish appropriate HR policies and procedure.
Provide day to day advice and administrative support to employees.
Provide guidance on annual performance review.
Offer advice to management on employee retention and succession planning.
Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
Bachelors degree or above with minimum of 3 years-experience working within HR related role.
Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is preferred.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Exposure working in fast paced environment.
Passionate in building strong fundamental of HR compliance and SOPs.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Candidates from within FMCG / Retail Industry will be a PLUS point.
