Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $25-$28/HR
Schedule: Full and part-time options available. Evening/PM Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or Overnight/NOC Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

What You Will Do:
Feed patients according to their dietary needs, and record vital signs.
Bathe, dress, and groom.
Help residents with mobility by assisting them with walking, transferring, and repositioning.
Take and record residents' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Respond promptly to call lights and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control protocols.
Document and communicate residents' progress and any issues or concerns to the nursing staff.
Anything that creates a safe and healthy environment for residents, loved ones, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:
COVID-19 Vaccinated or have a medical or religious accommodation before they start.
Valid and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of California.
Active BLS and CPR certifications
High School Diploma or GED
In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
