Production Supervisor EAST TN Manufacturer

Salary Up to $75,000 + BONUS + Great Benefits + Paid Relocation Assistance to East TN

Stable Plant needs a Production Supervisor, and it is a highly visible position within the organization. As the Production Shift Supervisor, youll direct work assignments to employees on the overall printing, converting, packaging operations to ensure production targets are met on time, safely, and meet quality specs.

Minimum requirements for this Production Shift Supervisor position:
At least 3 years of supervising a converting, printing, or high-speed packaging manufacturing environment
Must have great leadership skills such as team building, communications, and organizational & time management skills.
