Following an exciting chapter of high growth, PerfectDraft is now at the scale that we need to redesign our footprint and tech infrastructure to take us forward into the next stage of expansion within Zone Europe. Therefore, we are seeking a permanent Head of Product to focus on our overall tech infrastructure + logistics operations.

PerfectDraft is the ultimate home Beer experience and is at the forefront of e-commerce, technology, and brewing. Our machine cools beer to a perfectly chilled consistent temperature. The role:

The role reports to the Product Director and will develop key relationships with the Tech Director & Heads of Tech, the Logistics & Data teams + the Commercial Lead of our key markets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set the vision and deliver the roadmap for the tech infrastructure of the future as we transition from a web-based DTC business with a simple WMS to a multichannel, app-first business with a fleet of IOT-enabled machines. They will be involved with selecting & integrating SaaS solutions where applicable and building & enhancing proprietary solutions elsewhere.

Oversee and deliver technology, logistics, and finance system integration into the Zone.

Take ownership of customer NPS and find opportunities to improve every aspect of the experience through technology.

Manage a small but high-performing team of Product Managers, focusing on coaching & developing people to encourage them in achieving their personal and career aspirations.

Define the scope of projects and prioritize the work of your team, accounting for the cost, impact, and risk of different opportunities and projects.

Drive quantitative insights defining metrics, running analyses, gathering insight from A/B testing, and working together with analysts to define and answer more complex analytical questions.

Help evolve our processes for how we approach product development and make sure we have the tools we need to maximize efficiency and impact.

Who were looking for:

Multiple years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product with a proven track record of mentoring, supervising & developing high-performing teams.

A strong perception of how our platforms interrelate to deliver products end-to-end and to optimize & simplify our overall technical infrastructure.

A strong technical background with expertise in integrating into WMS (warehouse management systems) systems. This will be combined with familiarity with .net and SQL. Experience in distributed system development and working on cloud solutions

Future-thinking, owning a rolling 18-month roadmap to deliver on our 10YP strategy.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset to deliver for the long term

Data-driven and analytics focused around metric tracking and measuring KPIs and achieving OKRs.

Passionate about testing and have experience in defining UAT plans.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritize projects according to the financial impact.
