As a Mortgage Loan Originator at US Mortgage Lenders LLC, you will be responsible for promoting our unique loan programs and specialized services. Our company offers the highest 90% of 275 bips payouts on 1099, ensuring you receive competitive compensation for your hard work.

Mortgage Loan Originator Duties and Responsibilities: Market and sell specialty mortgage loan programs to the pubic. Guide borrowers throughout the mortgage loan process. Join and request help on our daily zoom screenshare meetings as needed. Review financial information from all relevant parties Originate and evaluate mortgage loans according to company guidelines and standards Submit and monitor the status of applications and clear mortgage loan conditions. Maintain good relationships with clients by keeping them informed Interact with realtors, account representatives, AMC, community personnel and sales agents as needed Mortgage Loan Originator Requirements and Qualifications: Valid Florida driver's license required Active registered Florida NMLS license required Willingness to learn about various types of mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, non-QM, and reverse mortgages
Experience in Sales: Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and sales skills Knowledge of loan origination and servicing software Able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices
