Job Description- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Identifying potential candidates who match the job requirements and the organization's culture.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Reviewing resumes and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conducting initial screenings through phone interviews or video calls to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role.
- Shortlisting candidates who meet the job criteria for further assessment.
- Conducting Interviews:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting in-depth interviews, either in person or virtually, to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Providing a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the interview process.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Administering assessments or tests, if required, to evaluate candidates' skills, aptitude, or personality traits.
- Analyzing candidate responses, performance, and feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Offer Negotiation:
- Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation, benefits, start dates, and other terms of employment.
- Facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers to address any concerns or questions related to the offer.
- Onboarding Support:
- Collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Providing information and guidance to new employees regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and expectations.
- Maintaining Recruitment Data:
- Updating and maintaining recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate records to track the progress of hiring activities.
- Generating recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.
- Developing compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials to attract top talent.
