JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory and Fulfillment Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including procurement, supply chain coordination, and shipping logistics for Savannah Friedkin Jewelry. This role involves managing inventory levels to match sales forecasts, negotiating with suppliers and shippers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Reporting directly to the Director, Operations and Business Development, the successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our operational efficiency and ensuring our exquisite jewelry reaches customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage inventory levels to align with sales forecasts and company objectives.
Oversee purchase order process from creation to fulfillment, maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Collaborate with suppliers for timely materials delivery and effective supply chain management.
Analyze order quantities to improve inventory turnover and minimize excess stock.
Negotiate shipping contracts and oversee shipping logistics for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Ensure on-time product delivery by coordinating shipping processes with internal teams.
Manage logistics for product returns and repairs.
Develop inventory management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.
Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related area.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and best practices.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels. Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
