Associate Configuration Specialist



THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION
The Evolve Darwin team consists of approximately 30 members and is constantly growing. Our role is to configure the Darwin platform for our clients. If you want to be part of our global team, we invite you to read the lines below and decide if this job suits you.
What can you expect?
As Associate Configuration Specialist (ACS) you are going to configure Darwin functionalities such as simple to medium benefits, communications, site content, and perform unit testing on the assigned work.

We will count on you to:


Demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental and intermediate concepts of benefits and how they are implemented on Darwin.

Acquire foundational skills in Darwin and spend a significant portion of the first year configuring simple to intermediate requirements in Darwin.

Independently perform configuration tasks of moderate complexity.

Understanding and applying the Quality Assurance framework throughout the configuration process.

Take ownership of communication regarding assigned work packages, proactively updating project stakeholders on the status of work.

Actively participate in training sessions for new joiners, including Darwin Enablement for New Joiners, SD Specific Training courses, and Darwin related knowledge sessions.

Demonstrate accountability for personal development by keeping the objectives tracker up to date and seeking feedback from colleagues as agreed upon with the line manager.

Conduct basic research on work-related topics for projects or meetings using internal tools.

Seek development opportunities by engaging with Evolve Technical Experts who can provide advice, guidance, and insights on various aspects of the projects.


YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES

What you need to have:

Bachelors degree or combination of education and experience required;

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a multinational environment;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian (native) and English (C1);

Be a good team player by displaying consistent team work skills while also showing strong work ethics;

Logical thinking and problem solving skills;

Highly adaptable, able to work calmly in a pressured and ever changing environment

High analytical skills;

Structured and well organized, with a positive, can-do attitude;

What makes you stand out?

Knowledge of Atlassian tools is a plus.
