What can you expect?


18 month programme to start in October 2023

Based in
Birmingham, Bristol, Chichester


Enrolment in a government approved Level 3 apprenticeship where you will be working towards the Certificate of Insurance (CII) qualification

The apprenticeship programme offers a combination of on-the-job learning, skills development, and a formal professional qualification. It focuses on consulting and analytical skills through real projects with real clients

You will spend 20% of your work time on your apprenticeship qualification whilst receiving professional exam support, as well as support from a buddy and your People Manager

We will rely on you to:


Provide administrative support to consulting teams and clients in accordance with MMB's internal processes

Prepare documentation and analyse data in response to client requests

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding service to clients

Continuously develop and maintain technical knowledge to meet job requirements

What you need to have:


96 UCAS points at A-Level or equivalent (B-TEC, T-LEVEL etc)

A 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English

Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this role)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, project management and presentation design

Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client need

Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
