Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Recruiter - Data and Analytics to be based in Gurugram
The Opportunity
Oliver Wyman is growing our internal search capability and is looking for an exceptional individual to lead both Experienced and Campus recruitment for our fast-growing Analytics team
The Recruiter will play a key role in developing and implementing creative strategies to deliver against our hiring needs, making a direct impact on the growth trajectory of our Analytics hubs
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Work closely with the business leaders and implement a hiring strategy
Liaise with Practice Group and HC leadership to set and manage expectations around recruiting process, develop job descriptions and execute against targets
Building candidate pipeline by using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral program, and managing contingent search firms
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings, resume reviews, screen calls, scheduling interviews to offer process
Manage communications with candidates, acting as the face of the company to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Maintain accurate records in the firms Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate global reporting including creating applications, uploading scores, and producing reports as needed
Working closely with Talent Management, Training and Operations teams to ensure the successful integration of new staff.
Help with other areas of recruitment and HC projects as required including reporting and analytics
Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or a related field preferred
4-6 years of corporate or agency recruiting including 2+ years of Analytics Recruiting with a focus on:
Full stack engineers; data scientists
Data Science; Advanced Analytics
Cloud / DevOps / Engineering
Recruiting experience in agency, management consulting, financial services, professional services or a large matrixed organization preferred
Skills and Attributes

Highly motivated, proactive, high-performing multi-tasker who takes full ownership of their work and manages the details, prioritizing as needed
Genuinely interested in the development and career success of specialist consultants
Keen interest in analytics
Technical Skills
Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential Workday is advantageous.
Strong MS Office skills are essential Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
Proficient with data analysis and reporting
