Job Details


Purpose:


The Delivery Management Associate (DMA) is part of the Operations team in their office. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to Senior DM or DM Manager with the day to day administration tasks. The team uses its specialist knowledge of supplier management, fieldwork methodology and data preparation to advise on the best approach for setting up each project and to ensure high quality data is delivered.



The Role:

Manage timelines, supplier commissioning at a project level, which includes using internal project management software.
Supervise the hours budgeted and used by departments at a project level and assist at an overall level to ensure projects are run efficiently.
Run Project Review Meetings and document project learning.
Compiles project specific learning and assist in the overall reporting of project learning.
Starts to contribute to company development, such as innovative approaches, improvements to company efficiencies.
Involved in Project Planning Meetings to discuss and recommend effective project design
Starting to act as a consultant to CS on an ongoing basis regarding project efficiency and best practice for projects.
Has a clear and detailed understanding of the Delivery management team processes and responsibilities
Conducts research in compliance with the ISO 20252 standard, as represented in the Companys Quality Manual and supporting procedures.


Requirements:

Knowledge of research methodologies and concepts is a definite advantage
Interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Desire to work in a highly ambitious, fast-paced, and changing environment.
Attentive to detail, proactive and voices out, multitasker
Strong interpersonal skills and good command in spoken and written English.
Attention to detail and accuracy to coordinate the production and delivery of quality.
Proficient in computer application (Word, PowerPoint) particularly Excel
