As a Global Product Manager for Philips Hue you will be responsible for leading and developing the offer strategy and roadmap for part of our Philips Hue portfolio. You will help building the business by translating consumer insights into propositions that address end user needs with clear benefits.

What youll do



Youll be responsible for leading and developing part of the Philips Hue smart lighting offer strategy and roadmap with a focus on Luminaires

Youll help drive the lifecycle management for our Philips Hue luminaires portfolio

Youll drive profitability of the global/regional product portfolio with a strong innovation & technology roadmap

Youll define and build required capabilities for the product management function

Youll plan and execute successful launches of products jointly with the market and marcom teams

Youll translate the consumer voice towards the production teams improving go-to-market speed and product quality

Your qualifications



Youve a Masters degree in Engineering / Technology / Marketing

Youve minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Youre fluent in English, international experience is positive

Youve experience with gathering consumer insights

Youre analytical, with a problem solving and pro-active approach
