Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in Lisbon:
CONSULTING ANALYST - IRELAND
PENSIONS MARKET
What can you expect?
As a consulting analyst, you will work as part of a team supporting consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting and actuarial work on both corporate and trustee clients; You will work directly with Ireland-based consultants and support teams in Portugal and Ireland to coordinate and manage the delivery of services to our clients.

We will count on you to:
Help consultants to manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis: managing and tracking ongoing actions for clients, drafting correspondence to clients on a range of consulting issues, and supporting in the billing process; Liaise with other Mercer business areas to deliver a streamlined service to clients; Manage client, member, and providers queries on a day-to-day basis; Support in the preparation, attendance and prepare minutes of Trustee meetings; Updating various governance documents; Prepare communications to members regarding any changes to their plan; Be involved in ad-hoc project work as required, for example, risk management deliveries, ETV projects, etc.
What you need to have:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines; Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work; Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and sometimes work to tight deadlines; Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and satisfaction; Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word); Good attention to detail is critical; Proactive and goal oriented. What makes you stand out:
Bachelors or Masters in Economics, Management, or similar. Previous experience in consulting and or pensions matters.
